Delivery costs;

Most items delivered to England Wales include the delivery cost in the price. Many products sent to Scotland incur surcharges that vary depending on the item, size and warehouse location. Please go through to checkout and the shipping price will be displayed once we have your postcode. You are not committed to purchase at that stage. We will contact you if there are any problems.

Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the United Kingdom and exclude Northern Ireland. Please contact us for a quote for other areas.

About shipping time

Order Cut off Time 2.00 PM (GMT+ 00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (United Kingdom)

After you confirm the order, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. So please allow us to dispatch your order within 2-15 working days after placing the order. The time varies from different dispatch warehouses.

We will contact you once an order is received and will give all required details.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If possible, the courier will try to deliver again but if that should fail, further charges will become due for the delivery to commence, please stay in contact with us to prevent any problems.

3. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into casafenix.co.uk "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number or find footer section order status page.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
