At present we only deliver to the UK mainland, (upper Scotland may incur surcharges). N & S Ireland & Islands maybe possible, please contact us before purchase.

Many deliveries will be by specialist couriers and details will be provided by email. Further detail below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, however postage costs both ways will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us before returning any items so we can endeavor to speed and ease the process along.

We have a number of delivery partners, both mainstream couriers for smaller items and specialists for larger deliveries. Larger items are often on a 1-2 week delivery round.

Mainstream couriers provide tracking numbers sent to you by email. Our specialist couriers will contact you (usually by phone) regards to the delivery day and time slot.

SOFA delivery - sofas are based per pallet - on which you can expect to fit 2 sofas or 1 corner unit. Some areas in Scotland may incur a surcharge, we will contact you. The delivery takes 2-5 working days and you will get a call from our courier 48 hours before to book in a delivery time slot. This delivery service is to the kerbside with 1 delivery driver, therefore you would need to be able to bring the products inside yourself. Alternatively these goods can be delivered on a two man service at no additional cost. This will include delivery into room of choice and assembly and the service takes 5-10 working days.

Tub Chairs and Swivel Recliners delivery - We offer delivery of these products on a next working day service. Orders must be placed before 1pm. This covers England, Wales and the lower half of Scotland. We can deliver to other areas in Scotland for a small surcharge; please ask for more details.

Reproduction antique furniture delivery - We aim to deliver this range within 2 weeks. This is via a specialist furniture courier, they will call you a few days ahead of the delivery to give a 2 hour time slot. This is a one man delivery and you will need to assist. Other arrangements can be made but you will need to contact us beforehand & additional costs will be involved.

Payments - All products must be paid for with cleared funds before the delivery process can commence, late payment will mean late delivery.

Lead times - Out of stock and bespoke orders can take some time, we will confirm on an order basis as it can vary considerably. We are happy to confirm lead times before you purchase. There are occasionally delays with shipping from our partners abroad that are out of our hands but we will always keep you up to date.

We accept Credit & Debit card payments through the Shopify system and do not handle or hold any card details, to aid your security.

We accept Bank Transfer payments.

All payments to be made in £GBP unless agreed otherwise. We are able to accept many different currencies such as the Euro.

Crypto currency payments: We now accept payment by many different crypto currencies but for your safety and anonymity we ask that you contact us directly for details of how to proceed. All payments must equal the checkout amount in £GBP.
